When should I book your services?
As soon as possible! That's the best way to ensure that we are available on your event date. Contact us for availability.
When should we do the preview?
We can schedule your preview anytime at your convenience before your event date. We usually suggest at least a month or two before the event date. Our availability for previews will vary depending on the season. Please note that Saturdays are reserved for weddings. Contact us for availability.
What products do you use?
We use a variety of professional grade products. Visit our biography page for more detailed information.
Do you have products for sensitive skin?
Absolutely! Be sure to mention your (or your bridal party members') sensitive skin and we'll make sure the kit is packed with the right stuff. It's extremely important to let us know if you (or anyone in your party) have any allergies or skin sensitivities.
Can you cover my tattoo/scar/bruise?
Absolutely! We can definitely do something to hide or minimize visibility. Check out examples of our tattoo cover-up.
What's different about airbrush makeup versus traditional makeup?
We use a silicon-based formula specifically for use with high definition film. Makeup is sprayed in a fine mist over the skin.
Airbrushing has many benefits: super long-wearing, lightweight, virtually waterproof, natural, and flawless looking. There are many more benefits, and we will explain further if asked.
Note: For those with sensitivities to silicon-based products, we offer alternative products.
Where do you perform your services?
On site. Just remember, we will need access to a stable source of electricity!
Do you offer hair services?
No, unfortunately, we do not. We only specialize in makeup services. Depending on your location, we may be able to provide recommendations.
Do you require a deposit or retainer fee?
Yes, we require a retainer fee of 50% of the full package price at the time of booking. Payable via cash, money order, or credit card. The retainer fee along with a signed service contract will ensure your date of service. The retainer fee is deducted off the total cost. The retainer fee is non-refundable.
When and how do I pay for your services?
We accept payment in the forms of cash, money order, or credit card.
Do you charge a travel fee?
Travel fees may apply and will vary depending on your location. Since we work regionally, it is important to tell us where services will be performed when you inquire about rates.
Do you do charity work/events?
Absolutely! We love to help out when and where we can! Please send us information and we'll see if we can do anything to help!
